What I know for sure ... when you take radical responsibility for your life, self-care, and what you want that is when true change happens. If I can do it so can you. I encourage 100% responsibility to own your choices (past, present and future), do the work, and take charge of your future.

Here’s what I am a stand for … your liberation and well being. I want women to BE well fed. That’s feeling free as a bird in your whole life and body. Whether you work with me or not.
I am an introvert. It makes me an avid observer, listener and confidante.
I am a practitioner of everything that I teach and show my clients. I’ve learned from great teachers and have a toolbox to apply to my own life so that I can share it.
I’m not perfect and neither is my life. That makes me human ... like you. I fully accept that AND I’m committed to co-creating the best life I possibly can. Living within the rollercoasters of life.
I am Well Fed. Choosing to feel fulfilled [mind, body and spirit] led me to be of service to other women who want to live their own well fed life.
We won’t be a good fit if:
… you don’t believe Black Lives Matter and aren’t a stand for marginalized groups, including but not limited to LGBTQIA
… you’ll cringe when I’m passionate about political and human matters on public platforms
… you’re easily offended when I drop f-bombs and other four letter words when I speak or write
